At Arcosanti.org, we strive to make your shopping, registration, and ticketing experiences as simple and pleasurable as possible. However, we understand that sometimes our visitors and shoppers may need to make a return or cancel a registration. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding customer returns and cancellations.
STORE RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Arcosanti.org purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to:

Please return items with a copy of your order invoice; we recommend using a trackable shipping service insuring items of $100 or more for at retail value. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the returned item(s).
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: In the event that your order is received damaged or defective, a prepaid return shipping label will be created for you to use in shipping the item(s) back to us. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your pre-paid label and arrange for an exchange or refund.
EVENT AND PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
Workshops: In the event that a participant must cancel his or her registration, the workshop fee will be refunded IN FULL up until 2 weeks before the first date of scheduled workshop date(s). Refunds requested less than 2 weeks before the first date of the scheduled workshop will be refunded at 50% or, applied IN FULL to a future workshop held during the same calendar year.
Public Programs and Performances: Ticket-holders may request a refund up until 1 week before the scheduled performance or program date; EventBrite, our ticketing platform, reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for issuing a refund. Refunds requested less than one week of the scheduled performance or after a performance or program has taken place are not eligible for a refund.
Special Circumstance Cancellations: On a case by case basis, The Cosanti Foundation will decide upon issuing refunds or credits for workshop sessions, performances, or public programs missed as a result of illness, emergencies, or other events beyond the control of the registrant or ticket-holder. Additionally, for workshops and public programs The Cosanti Foundation is forced to cancel due to low enrollment or ticket sales, extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, or acts of god, registrants and ticket-holders will be notified via email and receive a refund IN FULL.
PRIVATE EVENT REFUND POLICY
Refunds for the cancellation of private events are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the individual contractual agreements between the event organizer and The Cosanti Foundation.
OVERNIGHT STAY REFUND POLICY
Refunds for the canceled reservations are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the terms and conditions disclosed at the time of booking overnight accommodations.
